Our Arctic Nation is dedicating 2016 to looking at the connections that each U.S. state enjoys with the arctic. Eivind Heiberg, Norway’s Consul General in Minneapolis, takes on Week 14 and shares the reasons why Minnesota contributes to the U.S.’ identity as an Arctic Nation.
